Cheltenham Celebrates 60 Years in 2017!

30 Apr

Cheltenham Girls High School will celebrate its 60th Anniversary in 2017!

As some of you are aware, Mrs Lyn Langtry, retired History Faculty Member, has been commissioned by the School to compile the school’s history in celebration of its achievements and place in the local and wider community. Mrs Langtry has tirelessly undertaken research, organised the collection of written memories and conducted oral history interviews. Mrs Karen Doyle, retired History Head Teacher, has been appointed to the role of editor for this publication. The first draft of the book is now complete.

A graphic designer is now required to move the publication to its next stage.

Are you a graphic designer? Do you know of someone who could undertake the role? The final draft will need to be completed to go to the printer at the end of 2016, so time is of the essence.

If you can help, or know someone who can, please contact Lyn on lynette.langtry@det.nsw.edu.au or at 9876 4481.
